CA Department of General Services Website for Surplus State-Owned Property

Periodically the Department of General Services sends notification letters to local governmental agencies and to affordable housing sponsors to advise of the availability of surplus state-owned real property. The Government Code gives priority buyer status to local agencies and affordable housing developers.
