Director of Human Resources, Community Housing Partnership’

Position Overview:

 

Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management, the Director of Human Resources will ensure that CHP has the staff and systems it needs to fulfill its mission. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director will serve as a key member of CHP’s leadership team, collaborating with other members to establish consistent, effective systems and policies and acting as a thought partner on ways in which strategic HR contributes to organizational goals. Overseeing a small human resources team, the Director will be able to think strategically while acting tactically to ensure the successful execution of human resources initiatives. The Director will exercise sound judgment and excellent relationship-building skills in order to support staff across the organization, including both unionized and non-unionized employees. S/he will approach this work with sensitivity to the challenges that CHP’s clients and direct-service staff experience.
