Director of Learning and Evaluation, Community Housing Partnership

Position Overview:

The Director of Learning and Evaluation is a results-oriented professional who is able to hold the vision and mission of CHP and use data to improve programs, manage performance and increase impact among our residents. The Director will have a successful track record of building an organizational culture that uses data to improve programs and performance. They will oversee the efforts to measure, analyze and report on our resident self-sufficiency outcomes as well as provide thought partnership to the Leadership Team and Board in help with setting goals and ensuring the agency remains on track to achieve its Strategic Plan CHP 2020. This position will be expected to execute against the vision set forth in CHP 2020, driving towards improving our existing programs and providing data and analysis that supports CHP residents in achieving outcomes, our full service delivery and staff.
