Join the NPH community at our 20th Annual Affordable Housing Leadership Awards as we honor visionary individuals and organizations in our movement and celebrate our collective wins to inspire us for the work ahead.

Join us as we honor our community’s inspiring leaders! This year’s theme, Building Opportunities, reflects our goal to build on upon recent wins such as San Francisco’s Prop A affordable housing bond. Together with our members, coalition partners and supporter, we will grow opportunities to increase resources for affordable housing. Join us on Wednesday, May 4th at 5 PM to honor the 2016 recipients with these awards, presented on behalf of industry peers and colleagues:

Catherine A. Bauer Lifetime Achievement Award
Marcia Rosen
National Housing Law Project

Partner in Community Development
Christine Carr
Silicon Valley Bank

Strategic “Boomerang” Partners
Bay Area cities and counties who voted to set aside former Redevelopment “boomerang” funds for affordable housing
Alameda County, Campbell, Emeryville, Foster City, Fremont, Oakland, Los Gatos, Mountain View, Redwood City, San Francisco City & County, San Mateo, San Mateo County, Santa Clara, Santa Clara County

Last fall, NPH led an outreach and education campaign focusing on affordable housing residents to help pass Prop. A – San Francisco’s $310 million affordable housing bond. Our 2016 theme, Building Opportunities, reflects our goal to build on the momentum of that win by working with our members, coalition partners and supporters to capitalize on opportunities at the local, regional, state and federal level to increase resources for affordable housing. Our awards event will be an opportunity to be gather, celebrate and coalesce by continuing to make and deepen connections so we can create opportunities for more wins for everyone who needs an affordable place to call home.

Sponsorship opportunities are now available! Supporting the NPH Leadership Awards means supporting our campaigns for more resources for the development and preservation of affordable homes in the Bay Area and throughout California.
