Hosted by Community Economics

See how affordable housing mitigates the effects of gentrification, enhances neighborhoods, sparks economic development, and stabilizes communities.   Green building, neighborhood-serving retail, connections to transit, child care, clinics, creative designs, supportive services, integrated into neighborhoods, and much more!

A leisurely-paced bike ride of about 10 miles. The route is flat, and mostly on roads with bike lanes/sharrows. Please wear a helmet and bring water. We will view about 15 developments, including 3 visits with tours!! Plan for 3 hours. Ride ends at Cathedral Gardens, about 0.8 mile from the starting point. Starting and end points are both near public transit.
