Program Director – Zygmunt Arendt House, Community Housing Partnership

Position Overview:

Community Housing Partnership seeks a creative, systems-oriented, and highly organized professional to oversee Services and Operations teams for a 47-unit supportive housing building for senior adults. This is an exciting position that will be the site lead for both services and property management operations, and the successful candidate will develop and implement programs, and oversee budgeting, contract management, rent collection and lease enforcement, reporting, training, and crisis management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching new initiatives, in-depth knowledge on evidence-based practices to serve hard to reach populations within a harm reduction model, direct experience in senior housing based/residential programs and demonstrated success in increasing resident self-sufficiency through engaging skillsbased programming. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a program restructure within an organization that is considered one of the best supportive housing providers in the country, and to play a key role in creating a data-driven, outcomes focused model of service delivery which will bring best-practices of senior serving programs and permanent housing to create a wrap-around housing environment with positive outcomes beyond housing retention.
