Resident Services Counselor – Families, Community Housing Partnership
The Resident Services Counselor – Families provides support services to formerly homeless families who live in supportive housing on Treasure Island. The services provided are voluntary and include housing retention, counseling, information and referral, crisis intervention, community organizing, case management and service planning. Services are provided within the context of harm reduction practices and follow a peer-based model of care.
