Cancellation/Refund Policy (Deadline: Friday, September 6, 2019)
Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before Friday, September 6, 2019 will receive a full refund. NPH may consider refunds for extenuating circumstances. Refund requests submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on an individual basis. To submit a refund request, please email email@example.com.
Registrants who are unable to attend may send another attendee in their place. Substitution requests received on or before Wednesday, September 11, 2019 will be accepted, but we encourage substitution requests to be submitted on or before Friday, September 6, 2019, which guarantees pre-printed name badges. To submit a substitution request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
To communicate Conference related announcements and updates, including logistics, with all of our event guests, your guests and yourself will be added to our list serve and will receive a welcome email. This only applies to those who are not currently in our email list. You may edit your subscription setting at any time.
