Benefits & Leave of Absence Specialist

Under general supervision and acting on own initiative, the Benefits & Leave of Absence Specialist performs a wide variety of non-routine administrative activities in benefits, leaves of absence, HRIS and related areas. Assists with the administration of employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and EAH’s benefit consultants and insurance providers. Acts as champion of EAH benefit plans and ensures excellent customer service to employees. Understands and supports EAH’s mission and core values.
