DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Following up from our November 2025 session on “Organizational Change Centering People\, Community\, and Justice: Leading with a Liberatory Mindset” we will explore what liberatory mindsets look like in a practice of feedback. \nExamining liberatory approaches to giving and receiving feedback including exploring what makes feedback challenging\, such as oppressive structures and norms\, why feedback is still important\, and what’s possible when it’s done within a liberatory framework. \nThis session builds on our previous introduction to Liberatory Leadership\, but it is not required or necessary to have attended that session.
