The Content Manager will be an integral part of the NPH Communications Team, a deeply collaborative team environment. The Content Manager will bring critical expertise and capacity to produce motivating, inspiring, and persuasive content to advance our organization goals – from policy and advocacy to event promotion and marketing to membership and donor solicitations.

This role also oversees the many moving parts contributed by team members and consultants, to keep our processes on time and target. This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to NPH’s Communications Director. 

Duties and responsibilities Include: 

  • Create inspiring, persuasive, and actionable content, including copy for email, web, and collateral; light design and layout; and light video editing and support. 
  • Oversee communications projects and processes, ensuring that readied content reaches its audiences/outlets and achieves its defined goals.
  • Identify and work collaboratively to develop and/or support team structures and processes, such as storybanks, photo libraries, slide templates, etc.
