Connect Bay Area is seeking energetic, organized, and community-focused County Organizers to help build local support, recruit volunteers, and engage communities throughout the Bay Area.

Position Overview:

County Organizers are responsible for implementing local organizing programs, recruiting and mobilizing volunteers, supporting endorsement efforts, and helping build grassroots support for the campaign. County Organizers will work closely with County Political and Organizing Directors and campaign leadership to execute volunteer engagement, community outreach, coalition support, and voter education activities. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy community engagement, relationship building, event organizing, and grassroots campaigning.

Connect Bay Area is a regional transportation funding measure campaign working to secure the future of public transit across five Bay Area counties. The campaign is supported by a broad coalition of business, labor, environmental, housing, transit rider, and community organizations committed to preserving and improving the transportation systems that connect the Bay Area.
