Reporting to the Mayor’s Chief of Staff with frequent and on-going communication with the Mayor, the innovative Homelessness Strategies and Solutions Director will be responsible for successfully leading, strengthening, and managing the department and for implementing increased strategic roles for the City within the community’s homelessness response system. Serving as the primary public speaker on homelessness issues for the City, the Director will regularly brief the Mayor on key data-driven decisions, strategies, opportunities, and activities to ensure the City is having the greatest impact possible through its resources, efforts, and partnerships.

Position Overview:
