Director, Talent Development

This position is for a full-time Director, Talent Development to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, training, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. 8-10 years of strong experience in talent management or organizational development, preferably within the field of performance management and employee learning, with experience designing, implementing, and driving enterprise level performance management and professional development programs tailored to all levels of an organization. 8+ years of experience in learning management systems. Yardi Learning Management System preferred. Experience with Success Factors or other competency-based performance management system preferred. Salary range: $105,000 – $180,000 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $105,000 – $142,500 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
