Healthy Food Access Coordinator

Under the general direction of the Community Impact Programs Manager, the Healthy Food Access Coordinator will ensure the success of the Affordable Housing Food Distribution Pilot Program at two First Community Housing (FCH) properties in San Jose: Curtner Studios and Iamesi Village. This position is fully grant based, part-time, and temporary. The Healthy Food Access Coordinator will be a member of FCH’s Community Impact Team, which creates healthy, equitable, and sustainable communities for residents at our affordable housing complexes through on-site programming and activities.
