Connect Bay Area Campaign is seeking an energetic, organized, and politically savvy San Francisco Organizing Director to lead the campaign's field program, volunteer organizing, and grassroots engagement efforts throughout San Francisco.

Position Overview:

The San Francisco Organizing Director will provide strategic leadership for the campaign’s organizing and grassroots engagement efforts throughout San Francisco while helping build the broad coalition needed to win in November. Working closely with campaign leadership, consultants, coalition partners, and volunteers, the Organizing Director will supervise county organizers responsible for volunteer recruitment, training, voter contact, and community engagement. The Organizing Director will help translate campaign strategy into effective local organizing plans, ensure strong execution across the county, support political outreach and endorsements, and cultivate relationships with neighborhood organizations, political clubs, labor partners, community groups, and other key stakeholders.

Connect Bay Area is a regional transportation funding measure campaign working to secure the future of public transit across five Bay Area counties. The campaign is supported by a broad coalition of business, labor, environmental, housing, transit rider, and community organizations committed to preserving and improving the transportation systems that connect the Bay Area.
