The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) is recruiting a Senior Narrative Campaign Manager to join our team! This person will be responsible for overseeing NPH’s public information efforts to advance narrative, cultural, storytelling, and engagement strategy to advance housing and racial justice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Senior Narrative Campaign Manager will join the team to support NPH’s strategies to grow public support and build political power while growing our movement’s capacity and collaboration for long-term power building structures. Narrative shift is an integral component of NPH’s vision for change, and this role will lead NPH’s way in partnership with the Shift the Bay initiative, a collaborative of 18 organizations and a consultant team, that seeks to deliver tactics and messages that help our movement drive new narratives around affordable housing.
This person will lead efforts for NPH to develop, execute, assess, and refine a public information campaign and community engagement efforts to advance housing and racial justice in the Bay Area. This work requires a collaborative approach; a deep understanding of the Shift the Bay Initiative’s coalition, research, and guidance to date; and experience with art/cultural strategy, public information campaigns, and/or voter engagement/mobilization.
This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to NPH’s Communications Director. This person will manage staff and consultants.
