Vice President of Development (Hybrid)

Community HousingWorks is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead, manage and hold staff accountable, in all aspects of multifamily real estate development projects such that the organization achieves its financial and mission impact goals. The Vice President of Development will lead a project management team of 10 and will report to the Senior Vice President of HRED. The Vice President of Development will collaborate with other members of CHW’s executive leadership, including Achieve resident services, Asset Management, Advancement, and Finance (Accounting) among others.
