Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management

The VP of Real Estate Asset Management's primary responsibilities are to strategically lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the Asset Management Department. This position will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (Team Verde) and have as its ultimate responsibility to (1) be the confident voice for the portfolio and the department, actively engaging with Team Verde; (2) protect and manage the long-term performance and health of the portfolio; and (3) with a creative lens, draw upon the synergies between departments for more effective team collaboration, communication, and operating procedures that collectively move our mission forward.
