Site Manager

This position incorporates on-site management of a single community and support of other Burbank Housing communities located throughout Sonoma County. The Resident Manager of Vida Nueva Apartments is responsible for oversight of the daily operations of a 24-unit supportive housing apartment complex. This property is dedicated to the special needs of formerly homeless individuals and families, and the Resident Manager must work in coordination with the Committee on the Shelterless (COTS) in the occupancy and oversight of the community. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting other properties in the Burbank Housing portfolio as needed for varying durations of assignment. The Resident Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing applications for potential tenants, renting or leasing apartments, collecting rents and deposits, overseeing use of community room, multi-purpose room or other common areas, coordinating maintenance of the property, investigating and resolving tenant complaints and issues, preparing and timely submitting necessary reports, and supervising on-site staff.
