Eden Housing will celebrate Affordable Housing Week with the grand opening celebration of Weinreb Place in Hayward. The 100% senior affordable development will soon be completed and we are eager to welcome our new residents who will call the 22 units of Weinreb Place home. Weinreb Place is named in honor of Ilene Weinreb, former mayor of Hayward and current Eden Housing board member, in recognition of her dedication as a stalwart community leader and an instrumental affordable housing advocate.
