For more than 20 years, Bill worked alongside local and state officials who support affordable housing. Bill delivered $310 million for affordable housing in San Francisco as Campaign Manager for Proposition A, which earned 74% of the vote. Bill twice served as Campaign Manager for the late Mayor Edwin M. Lee, San Francisco’s first Chinese-American mayor and an affordable housing advocate. He’s developed groundbreaking engagement programs for low-income residents and delivered voter registration and turnout programs throughout California.
For 10 years, Bill worked as the Senior Advisor for Policy & Communications for the San Francisco City Administrator. He helped design and coordinate six General Obligation bond measures through legislative drafting, community outreach, and environmental review. Each measure won, delivering more than $2.1 billion in new investment for firehouses, parks, roads, health clinics, waterfront safety improvements, transportation, and housing. At 29, Bill was the youngest Chief of Staff to a member of the California Assembly Democratic leadership. He remains active in the California Democratic Party as a state delegate. He lives in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, and is a renter.

Prior to joining NPH, Cory served as Senior Director of Communications and Narrative at Bend the Arc: Jewish Action, where he led a team of digital organizers, content producers, and media relations experts to shift the narrative about antisemitism, bring issue campaigns to life, and deploy research-driven messaging and creative content to win change at the ballot box. His work has been featured in The Washington Post, The New York Times, MSNBC, and CNN, and cataloged in the political protest collection of The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
Cory graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Anthropology. He is passionate about design and practices photography and letterpress printing. Outside of work he can be found strolling in the redwoods or curling at the San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club, where he serves on the board. He lives in Oakland with his partner and very fluffy cat.

Prior to NPH, Amie served as the Executive Director of East Bay Housing Organizations for almost nine years, where she initiated major affordable housing advocacy campaigns, launched a resident organizing program, and grew their membership and coalition work. Amie also worked as the Director of Supportive Housing at Mission Housing Development Corporation for 10 years, directing supportive housing programs and community organizing collaborations for homeless and formerly homeless adults and families.
Amie holds an MPA in public policy analysis with a focus on affordable housing and community development from the Wagner School of Public Service at NYU.

J.T. Harechmak (he/him) joined NPH in May 2022 as Policy Manager, where he works on state and federal advocacy efforts. He leads the Regulatory Working Group, which covers the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC).
Before joining NPH, J.T. was a legislative aide, a LIHTC development consultant, a resident and board member of a student housing cooperative, a researcher on Permanent Supportive Housing, a project manager for a rapid rehousing prototype house, and a fair housing advocate that focused on equitable disaster recovery.
He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Santa Clara University and a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, J.T. is playing and singing old music and digging in the garden or the record store.

Before joining our affordable housing community in Northern California, Alina worked in Oregon to develop and implement strategic communications campaigns in support of economic and social justice issues. Prior to her work as a consultant, Alina served as the Communications and Research Manager at Our Oregon, managing communications across diverse coalitions and developing digital and media campaigns to support legislative and ballot measure campaigns. She managed The Sockeye, Oregon’s progressive blog, from 2011- 2014.

With many years in the marketing, advertising, and communications world, Londre has been on the forefront of the field’s transition in the digital sphere. He previously worked in the private sector, honing his skills by utilizing paid digital advertising and organic placements via social media and managing company reputation through Yelp and direct customer emails, before transitioning to the affordable housing industry in an effort to better serve communities in the Bay Area.
Londre has a B.A. in Communication with an option in Media Production from California State University, East Bay. While attending the university, Londre was pivotal in creating and growing a digital presence for Cal State East Bay’s housing department by implementing and managing the department’s social media platforms.

Monica (she/her) joined NPH in 2019 to lead the Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP) and to maintain a racial equity focus on NPH’s member programs and organizational work. Before joining NPH, she administered the Neighborhoods programs and the Below Market-Rate Housing program for the City of Mountain View. She started her housing career at nonprofit organizations in Seattle working on racial equity initiatives and affordable housing development. While there, she had the opportunity to help launch a program to provide tiny houses for people experiencing homelessness. She is a San Francisco native who has dedicated her career to encouraging equitable development and affordable housing for all.

Before joining NPH, Daniel worked in community reentry for the formerly incarcerated, where he managed fund development and took a special interest in addressing barriers to safe and secure housing faced by young people with a history of incarceration.
Daniel earned a BA in International Studies from the University of Iowa and a Master of International Affairs degree from UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy. He is an AmeriCorps and community college alumnus and the proud holder of a GED.

Prior to joining Eden Housing, Shola served as director of Housing and Community Development for the City of Oakland. As an appointed member of the city’s executive team, she led a team of 74 people and oversaw more than $100M of housing production and preservation capital.
Under her leadership, the Oakland’s City Council approved HCD’s two-year Strategic Action Plan, which focused the department’s resources on protecting, preserving and producing affordable housing. During her tenure, the City of Oakland won six state Homekey awards resulting in more than 400 new permanent deeply affordable units. Shola also launched the city’s federal $48M Emergency Rental Assistance program and served more than 3000 Oaklanders who needed immediate rent relief. She also secured the department’s research relationship with Stanford University’s Impact Lab, resulting in new $50K impact grant to develop new technology for residents to access affordable rental housing.
Shola has also held executive and senior-level posts at Suffolk Construction, Enterprise Community Partners, HSBC Bank, and HR&A Advisors. In 2014, Mayor Bill de Blasio appointed her as Chair and CEO of the New York City Housing Authority, where she developed and launched a $10 billion, 10-year development plan, NextGeneration NYCHA. She conducts frequent speaking engagements, including as a panelist at Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and was selected as one of four national Fellows for the Terner Center for Housing Innovation in June 2021.

Most recently Mr. Florin was the Director of Housing and Government Affairs for Napa County where he was responsible for administering the county’s Affordable Housing Programs and overseeing the County’s Housing Authority, Economic and Community Development activities as well as government and legislative affairs. Mr. Florin also played a critical role in the recovery efforts after the 2012 South Napa earthquake.
Mr. Florin’s experience in the private sector was as a Division President for Lennar a publicly traded national homebuilding company. He also started his own development company which specialized in repurposing of former industrial sites in San Francisco.
Mr. Florin has a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the State University of New York.

Prior to joining the County in 2015, Consuelo served in various planning and development capacities in the City of Palo Alto and in Los Angeles County cities. Consuelo is a certified planner and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). In 2019, Consuelo received an Impact Award from SPUR for her efforts to advance deeply affordable housing development throughout Santa Clara County. On a personal note, Consuelo grew up in South East Los Angeles with her parents and five siblings. While at UC Santa Barbara, Consuelo developed a passion for social justice and found a platform for change working in housing and community development.

Iglesias, an Oakland native, is a recognized public sector leader with a longstanding career in the Bay Area. Prior to joining TUC, he served as San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom’s Senior Advisor on Jobs and Contracting Programs. He also served as the Executive Director of San Francisco’s Human Rights Commission and the Founding Director of CityBuild—San Francisco’s nationally recognized construction workforce program aimed at training residents for public and private construction projects.

Jen has impactfully served in leadership roles with a strong track record of success in bringing together leadership and key stakeholders to advance DEI strategies within top global brands in philanthropy (United Way) and two nationally ranked academic medical centers: Mayo Clinic and Henry Ford Health System.
When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her wife, SJ, and dog, Greyson. She loves sharing stories and imparting wisdom about coin collecting and ways it can be leveraged as an asset-building strategy. Through Numismatics Noir, she aspires to diversify the community of coin collectors. She was most recently California Market Lead at Capital Impact Partners, leading strategic planning for affordable housing lending and business strategy for California. She managed a $70M CA loan pipeline as well as three venture loan funds, including leading Capital Impact’s participation in The Bay’s Future Fund. She was a lead originator for mission focused lending to affordable housing developers, FQHCs, social service agencies and charter schools. Prior to Capital Impact Partners, Fathia served as Director of Business Development, Northern California for Clearinghouse CDFI, opening the Oakland office and expanding social impact lending in Northern California. Earlier, Fathia was Associate Director, Investment Officer for Nonprofit Finance Fund where she originated loans and New Markets Tax Credit projects and provided technical assistance to nonprofit borrowers in the Western United States.
Fathia’s venture into CDFI lending was based on her prior experience in affordable housing development and economic development for nine years in Los Angeles. Prior to reentering the lending field in 2011, Fathia was a strategic development consultant for seven years, assisting small and mid-size nonprofit and community organizations as well as small businesses transform their dreams into tangible programs and projects, increasing their infrastructure and capacity for growth, as well as finding funding sources that best suit their needs. Fathia has also trained professionals in fund development and has been a guest lecturer at both USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and UCLA Economics Department.
Fathia has also written several community plans and conducted community development research on the intersection of neighborhood revitalization and community investment. As a public housing leader, he is passionate about the connection between housing and education and builds essential partnerships to promote education and literacy education in low-income housing communities. He is a board member for the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), the California Housing Finance Agency, and the National Public Housing Museum. Prince holds a master’s degree in urban affairs and policy analysis and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from New School University in New York City.
