Building Our Movement

Our commitment to Bay Area solutions means working at all levels of government. NPH has a proven track record of success passing policies at the state level and providing technical and regulatory insight that can create meaningful change and opportunity for all of our neighbors, and especially our low-income residents and communities of color.

NPH’s legislative program helps ensure that all California residents have a safe, healthy and affordable place to live. We work with members, coalition partners, and supporters to develop, support, and pass state policy that leads to more affordable, stable, and equitable communities in the Bay Area and beyond.

Our 2020 Legislative Agenda

NPH is proud to sponsor and support critical legislation that will advance affordable housing production, preservation, and protections that creates structural change for our future generations while offering relief for our families and workers struggling now.
