Join the California Housing Partnership and the Association for Energy Affordability (AEA) for their upcoming four-part training series covering the essentials on electrifying new and existing affordable multifamily rental housing. During this training series, you’ll hear from clean energy experts and funders on solutions, as well as developers and program administrators putting these solutions to work.

This session will examine the operations and maintenance of electrification technologies for affordable housing, and will discuss essential electrification technologies, such as heat pump water heaters while identifying inefficient technologies that are not eligible for financing. Delve into the complexities of integrating solar photovoltaic systems with energy storage. Gain insights into advanced practices for the monitoring of decarbonization efforts and post-installation performance. Additionally, the session will provide an overview of the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program.
