Join NPH on March 12 for the second Resident Services Professional Development Training. The objective of this 2.5-hour session is to provide concrete skills and enhance participants’ sense of how they can develop and implement their leadership within their various roles. This highly interactive workshop that will examine aspects and characteristics of effective leadership, communication skills, and self-care. Leadership is a skill for anyone working and committed to providing quality affordable housing and residential services. Please come ready to share, engage, be provoked (in a good way), and learn new perspectives.
Please note that this training is specifically designed for Case Managers, Property Managers, Residence Services Coordinators, Residence Service Supervisors, and Residence Service Managers.

The training will begin promptly at 9:30am and we encourage attendees to arrive early. Light breakfast, including coffee and tea will be provided.

Getting there: Please note that there are no on-site parking available and street parking is very limited due to the level of construction in the area. We strongly advise attendees who are driving to arrive early. Otherwise, we encourage all other attendees to use public transit, if possible. The meeting location is a 5-minute walk from the 19th Street/Oakland City Center Bart station.
