Join NPH on March 28 for our upcoming Brown Bag training, “Coordination Replication: Tips from Designing and Using a Custom Housing/Services Coordination Tool.”
Community Housing Partnership (CHP) developed and implemented a custom Coordination Tool. This tool is used collaboratively by services and housing staff in biweekly meetings that keeps residents housed, monitor their progress, and rapidly generate and access key data. This Coordination Tool represents CHP’s adoption and adaptation of the CSH best quality practices of integration, coordination, and evaluation into overlapping resident services and housing operations functions. Participants will learn how to design, refine, and use the tool successfully in their own contexts.
Convener: Anat Leonard-Wookey, Community Housing Partnership
When: Thursday, March 28th | 12pm to 2pm
The training will start at 12pm, but we encourage attendees to arrive at 11:30am to enjoy the hosted lunch.
