ELPN: Using Density Bonus Law For Your Project

This training will discuss how to: qualify for a Density Bonus; use incentives, concessions and waivers to reduce project costs and modify development standards; determine applicable parking reductions; and understand the public agency process for reviewing and approving Density Bonus applications.
