Loan Docs: Everything You Want to Know and Ask

Please join ELPN and Goldfarb & Lipman LLP on May 21 for a brownbag to help you review and negotiate loan documents, such as loan agreements, regulatory agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, and assignment agreements from multiple lenders. Learn how to communicate your organization’s goals to your lenders, attorneys and deal participants! Lunch will be provided.

REGISTRATION AND REFUND INFORMATION
Registration will close end of day on Thursday, May 16. Space is limited so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Cancellation/Refund Deadline: Thursday, May 16
Registrants canceling their registration on or before Thursday, May 16 will receive a full refund. NPH may consider refunds for extenuating circumstances. Refund requests submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on an individual basis. To submit a refund request, please email hilda@nonprofithousing.org.
