On Tuesday, April 26, NPH will team up with the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) and the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust to present an informational session on the new TCAC incentive for Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), as well as labor financing sources, a recent cost study and implementation of apprenticeship programs. NPH members, contractors, lenders, local building trades and local government officials are all encouraged to attend. Please plan to join us!
