On Tuesday, April 26, NPH will team up with the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) and the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust to present an informational session on the new TCAC incentive for Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), as well as labor financing sources, a recent cost study and implementation of apprenticeship programs. NPH members, contractors, lenders, local building trades and local government officials are all encouraged to attend. Please plan to join us!

  4. Pat Mulligan, Citybuild Director, San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, on what apprenticeships are, apprenticeship preparation, and how they can benefit the community.
