Following up from our October session on “Feedback with a Liberatory Mindset: Organizational Change Centering People, Community, and Justice” we will explore what liberatory mindsets look like in a practice of supervision.
This session will be relevant for both managers and direct reports, as supervision is a practice that requires buy-in and engagement from both sides. We will examine what makes supervision challenging, such as oppressive structures and norms, and what’s possible when it’s done within a liberatory framework.
This session builds on previous trainings about Liberatory Leadership, but it is not required or necessary to have attended those sessions.
