An anticipated new study about accessory dwelling units (ADUs) is being released by UC Berkeley's Terner Center for Housing Innovation. Titled Unblocking the Market for Accessory Dwelling Units: Lessons Learned from Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, the study examines the impact of various policy reforms and programs on expanding the production of accessory dwelling units.
