Property Manager

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Property Management, the Property Manager oversees all aspects of property operations, including leasing, compliance, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and resident relations. The Property Manager ensures the property meets performance goals for financial, physical, and regulatory compliance— particularly under LIHTC, VASH, and PBV programs—while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment for all residents. The site includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units, Project-Based Vouchers (PBV), and VASH- supported veteran households. The property provides permanent affordable housing to families and veterans, many of whom benefit from on-site supportive services and coordination with case management partners.
