Cancellation/Refund Policy (Deadline: Friday, April 27, 2018)
Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before Friday, April 27, 2018 will receive a full refund. NPH may consider refunds for extenuating circumstances. Refund requests submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on an individual basis. To submit a refund request, please email email@example.com.
Registrants who are unable to attend may send another attendee in their place. Substitution requests received on or before Tuesday, May 1, 2018 will be accepted, but we encourage substitution requests to be submitted on or before Friday, April 27, 2018, which guarantees pre-printed name badges. To submit a substitution request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
