California Housing Partnership recently released data showing nearly 36,000 affordable homes in California are at risk of losing their affordability due to expiring U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development rent subsidies and maturing mortgages over the next 5 years. With the housing crisis continuing to escalate across California, preserving the affordable homes we have is more important than ever.
