The all-volunteer Steering Committee sets the priorities for ELPN and determines our programming throughout the year. With the help of dedicated and collaborative individuals, ELPN has been able to bring accessible and diverse programming to affordable housing practitioners and advocates through NPH since 2014. Could you be one of our next Steering Committee members?

Member Engagement (1 Open Position)
New Deadline: 11:59pm PDT July 24, 2023
Note: At present, the ELPN Steering Committee is operating with a hybrid schedule, planning virtual programming and in person events. The committee, at present, meets in person every other month.
ELPN is committed to advancing racial equity and inclusion in our programs, training, and events within our community, as well as in the affordable housing industry at large. ELPN previously had a diversity, equity, and inclusion Subcommittee that we have since dissolved because we believe a racial equity lens should be integrated into each Subcommittee and be the work of all our members. The Steering Committee plans to bring an even stronger focus on racial equity in our future programming to help recruit more housers of color into the field and ensure diversity across trainers, panelists, topics, and activities. We aim to create an inclusive environment where all are welcome to participate in ELPN.
