AveVista: Take the Grand Tour!

This event will feature a tour of AveVista, a 100% affordable family rental housing project currently under construction in Oakland, CA. When completed, the project will provide 68 rental units, a podium level landscaped courtyard, 3,000 sf of street level retail and 97 parking spaces.  The project is located on a tight urban infill site at 460 Grand Avenue, across the street from Lakeside Park. The tour will feature a walk through and review of the project, highlighting its accessibility and sustainability features. The tour will involve representatives from TWM Architects, BRIDGE Housing, and the general contractor J. H. Fitzmaurice.  At the conclusion of the tour there will be light snacks, refreshments, and mingling!
