Join ELPN for a Brown Bag Panel on the state’s Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program and how it’s changing the game of affordable housing finance and integrated planning. Panelists will share their perspectives on AHSC’s development, the 2016 guideline changes, and what projects they’re expecting will capture this year’s $320 Million of available funding. Brown bag content will cover AHSC 101 for anyone interested in application preparation, while also leaving time to discuss AHSC’s policy implications, public sector engagement, and opportunities for professional growth.
