ELPN Leadership Training Series #2

Through a series of four trainings, participants will build a better understanding of leadership basics; effective communication; problem-solving and decision-making skills; time management; goal setting and techniques for improved results; personal and professional leadership effectiveness; and increased self-awareness.

Leadership coaches, Tracey Chew and David Warner, will lead participants through a variety of interactive exercises and discussions.

In this workshop, David Warner will teach Leadership Basics: Participants discover how their orientation to leadership shapes their team relationships and impacts their effectiveness. Topics include engagement and motivation, developing people and coaching for success.

Leadership Trainings #3 & #4 will be on August 28th and September 11th, respectively.
