ELPN/NPH Brownbag: Understanding the New MOHCD Pro Forma

Join ELPN and the San Francisco’s Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) for a training on MOHCD’s new pro forma. This event will be relevant to both new entrants to the affordable housing field, as well as seasoned veterans. Come learn how to enter data into the pro forma and manipulate the tool to reflect the unique characteristics of your deal. Understanding the MOHCD pro forma is critical to applying to OCII/MOHCD RFPs and NOFAs, as well as for Loan Committee meetings for both organizations. MOHCD staff will train attendees on the pro forma and provide hand-outs. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptop to the training, however laptops are not required.
Everyone is welcome, and the event is free to all attendees. Snacks will be provided by ELPN, but please bring your lunch.
