HCD is proposing changes to the Uniform Multifamily Regulations (UMRs), which govern certain aspects of a number of programs, including the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program, the Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention (VHHP) Program, and the Multifamily Housing Program.
