This panel event will provide information about why more homes are needed in Alameda and about the rising crisis in Alameda from increases in rental rates and shortage of homes for sale. Event includes a presentation of the City’s Alameda Point development project on Site A (which features 25% of housing units as affordable) and the Housing Authority of Alameda role and objective in working with developer.
Program will include representatives from the City, Alameda Point Partners (developer), Housing Authority and Alameda Point Collaborative.
