HCD has proposed changes to the Uniform Multifamily Regulations (UMRs), which govern certain aspects of a number of HCD programs including the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC). Join NPH Friday, October 21st to review and discuss the proposed changes.
