UMR Regulation Changes Developer Roundtable

HCD is proposing changes to the Uniform Multifamily Regulations (UMRs), which govern certain aspects of a number of programs, including the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program, the Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention (VHHP) Program, AB 1699 Portfolio Restructuring Guidelines, and the Multifamily Housing Program. On Friday, February 26th, NPH and our new Legislative Issues Committee Chair, Kevin Knudtson of Community Economics, will convene a developer roundtable meeting to review the proposed changes and debrief from the HCD hearing. No RSVP required.
