Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP)

BAHIP is a one-year, paid internship program that trains aspiring housing development professionals by pairing them with leading nonprofit housing development organizations in the Bay Area. The goal of BAHIP is to remove common barriers to opportunity, supporting a robust pipeline of professional and diverse leaders to strengthen our industry.

Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN)

ELPN is a platform for growth, achievement, and opportunity among a cohort of affordable housing practitioners and advocates who have been in field for less than 10 years. The purpose of the group is to ensure that up-and-coming leaders across the field have the tools and resources they need to propel the industry forward, fostering long-term personal and professional development and building connections that support the affordable housing movement.
