Since 2018, NPH has hosted a Resident Services Professional Development Training series. Due to its overwhelming popularity, NPH is thrilled to host a third series this year! The series was created and designed by Resident Services professionals specifically for Case Managers, Property Managers, and Resident Services staff.
In partnership with our Resident Services Roundtable – an advisory committee comprised of Resident Services Directors – this series has been designed to be affordable, and impactful and responsive to the needs of Resident Services professionals.
