HCD has proposed changes to the Uniform Multifamily Regulations (UMRs), which govern certain aspects of a number of HCD programs including the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC). At times, the committee meets for a longer period of time to accommodate longer agenda items, such as reviewing bills and establishing legislative priorities. Register here.
