Racial Equity & Inclusion

A More Equitable Future

NPH is proud to embed racial equity and inclusion into all of our work, as we work to advance racial justice as an organization as well as promote it throughout the broader affordable housing movement. This work includes promoting public policies that seek to address the Bay Area’s discriminatory housing policies and other structural inequities. It also includes developing and delivering comprehensive and innovative programs designed to center racial equity and inclusion in our organization as well as our industry.

NPH continues to strive to advance racial justice and equity in all of our work as we challenge ourselves to be a strong anti-racist organization. The racial equity resources and programs below represent several years of NPH working to expand our racial equity and inclusion programming. We hope that this page will assist you in leaning into racial equity as a holistic, organizational goal.
