NPH’s latest Fact Sheet on the Jobs/Housing Fit (JHFit) is now available! Learn about the JHFit, a newer metric to measure the imbalance between a city’s total number of low-wage workers and the quantity of homes affordable to them. Our Fact Sheet also includes the JHFit ratios for 20 Bay Area cities as well as solutions we can implement at the regional and local level to improve our JHFit. Thanks to Chris Benner at UC Santa Cruz and the UC Davis Center for Regional Change for their work analyzing the data around the Bay Area Jobs/Housing Fit!
