2018 Annual Report: A Year of Building Momentum

We are pleased to share NPH’s 2018 Annual Report!

In 2018, NPH chose Building Momentum as our theme for the year and catalyzed the energy and excitement from our previous successes into new opportunities for our movement and industry. 

Highlights from our year included our state and local dedicated affordable housing revenue wins at the ballot, our groundbreaking regional compact with CASA, legislative wins, growing our annual conference and hosting new special events and trainings, recruiting our first Bay Area Housing Internship Program cohort, and launching our industry-wide racial equity Action Plan. 

Together, we passed critical policies, secured investments, and are building the capacity of our sector and working to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion. As you look through this Annual Report, take pride in the accomplishments you see on these pages. We couldn’t have done it without you.
