BAHIP is a one-year, paid internship program designed to recruit and train students of color at Bay Area colleges and universities to become housing development professionals. This internship aims to provide a launching pad for college students from low-income communities and communities of color into a career in affordable housing development and project management. We strongly encourage applications from students entering their last year of college in fall 2020 who have an interest in urban studies and/or community development. Students who are bi-cultural and/or bilingual/biliterate are also encouraged to apply.

For more information about BAHIP and our current class of amazing interns, please visit the BAHIP page on our website. More detailed program information can be found here.

Thank you for your support!
Monica Joe, Racial Equity and Inclusion Program Manager
